What parents say

My son cried for the first week. They never rushed him, never told me to just leave him and go. By the third week he was walking in on his own.

Parent, Nursery

I asked a lot of questions about safety. They showed me the cameras, the register for pickup, everything, and did not make me feel like I was being difficult.

Parent, Playgroup

Ma'am picks up the phone herself. Once my daughter had a small fall and I got a call within five minutes. That is the kind of thing you remember.

Parent, Nursery

She tells me what she did each day now. Last week it was about mixing colours. She is three and she is explaining things to me.

Questions parents ask us

The ones that come up on almost every call.

Not on the list? Call us and ask.

What is the right age to start?

Most children settle in well between 1.5 and 2.5 years. Before 1.5 it is usually too early, and after 3 many parents tell us they wish they had started sooner. Come and see how your child reacts in the room. That tells you more than any age chart.

Is my child ready for play school?

There is no test. Most children start between 1.5 and 3 years. If your child notices other children, can be comforted by another caring adult and has a rough routine, they are usually ready. Our parent guide has more.

How many children are in a class?

Two teachers for every fifteen children, so each child gets a teacher's attention.

What are the timings?

The school is open Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Every class goes home at 1:00. Pickup is at the gate.

What does a normal day look like?

Circle time at 9:00, an activity at 9:30, outdoor play at 10:30, snack at 11:15, then a story before home. The full routine is on the home page.

What safety measures do you have?

CCTV across the classrooms and play area, staff verified before joining, first-aid trained teachers on campus, and children released only to an adult you have authorised. You are welcome to check all of this on your visit.

What documents are needed for admission?

A copy of the birth certificate, the vaccination record, and three passport photographs. Bring them along on your visit, or send them later. Either is fine.

What are the fees?

Fees depend on the class and whether you pay monthly or by term. Call us on 99937 16062 and we will explain the full structure. There are no hidden charges.

Do you provide transport or meals?

Children bring their own snack from home, and we make sure everyone washes their hands before eating. Please ask us about transport when you call. It depends on where you live.

What should my child bring on the first day?

A water bottle, a snack box from home, a spare set of clothes, and hand wipes or tissues. Tell the teacher about any allergy or medicine. The parent guide has the full list.

What if my child cries at the gate?

It is very common in the first days, and it usually eases quickly once you have left. Keep the goodbye short and warm and tell us how it went. If it is not easing after a couple of weeks, call us and we will talk it through.

Can I visit before deciding?

Please do. Any morning, Monday to Saturday, no appointment needed. Bring your child. Watching them in the room will tell you more than anything we can say.
